I love summer. I love the beach. I just love being outside in the warm weather. Unfortunately, my hair does not feel the same way. When the weather is hot and humid, my hair refuses to look good. I can blow it out for an hour, then the minute I step outside it is completely ruined.
I had the opportunity to try Oscar Blandi Pronto Texture & Volume Spray ($25.00) and was happy that there finally might be something to solve my summer hair woes. The spray claimed to build lasting body and texture, giving an instant undone textured look. The spray also toted itself as being a dry, weightless formula that could be used on all hair types. The product comes in a 4oz easy-to-use spray can bottle. It is sold online and can be found at Nordstroms, Ulta, Macy’s, Amazon, and many other places. Two of the main ingredients are keratin — which helps with strength — and zeolite, which is a natural mineral that promotes volume and hold.

I sprayed my hair straight and curly and was definitely very satisfied with the results. My hair had an undone, cool, just-got-off-the-beach look; the hold was incredible! The only thing I was not crazy about was the smell of the product. I thought the product would have been perfect if the smell was a little more appealing. All in all, my hair looked great and lasted in the summer heat.
