no UV light or appointment necessary! The pre-cut appliques from the Sally Hansen Neon Texture Feeling collection are designed to go over the Sally Hansen nail colors, for an instant accessory.
- Apply two coats of any Sally Hansen shade and wait until fully dry. These neon effects look especially great paired with any Sally Hansen Miracle Gel color.
- Select the applique design of your choice and peel from the backing paper.
- Apply the applique to the nail and firmly press down.
- Seal the look with top coat, and repeat the process on any other nails!
When you’re ready to change the design, soak a cotton ball in remover and hold on the nails for one minute, then gently remove.
