Rich in antioxidants, these eye masks consist of a unique blend of some of nature’s most powerful ingredients – rosehip seed extract and jojoba oil – which are said to “leave skin feeling smooth and supple.” These single-use masks target the unique eye area and are said to help reduce the appearance of dark circles. The masks are dermatologist tested and they contain no parabens, phthalates or petrolatum.
I lifted the mask from the pouch, applied it to clean skin beneath my eyes, and waited about 10 minutes before I removed them. They were indeed rich and emollient, and left the whole area feeling nourished and pampered. I didn’t however notice any improvement in the dark circle department, but this mask is still a quick, inexpensive pick-me-up.
This mask promises to “invigorate skin while removing dirt, oil, and makeup.” It’s made from ingredients that are 99% natural (including kiwi extract) and is paraben, phthalate, petrolatum, sulfate, aluminum, mineral oil, dye, salicylic acid, and silicone free. It has also been tested by dermatologists and is cruelty free!
I unfolded the mask and placed it over my face, smoothing it down so that it would adhere to my skin. I left it on for 2 minutes and then rinsed my face. My skin felt clean and fresh though the mask didn’t remove my eye makeup. But, I liked the feeling and the price. Good for travel, too! Pop a couple in your bag the next time you take a trip.
