I used the product twice a day, morning and night, for a couple of weeks. I found that it provided a great base for concealer during the day, and made me feel pampered and cosseted at night. I also found that it did help somewhat with puffiness and bags, though not so much with crow’s feet, crepiness or stubborn dark circles.
