So, did you hear about the one where Rihanna walks into a hair salon… We haven’t either. But it’s exactly what happened this week when Rihanna (also known as AuntyOhNaNa) and her niece spent a fun-filled day getting her little ears pierced at Cozy’s Cuts For Kids Salon in NYC. If that wasn’t adorable enough, the kid-friendly hair salon is now launching the first-ever line of haircare products called SoCozy with everything from 3-in-1 shampoo, conditioner and body washes to soft-hold styling gels and creams for unruly baby hair!

MAC Cosmetics Rihanna Viva Glam 2 Collection – Frosted Metallic Mauve Lipstick, LipGlass Fall 2014

The collection, founded by children’s hair guru Cozy Friedman, with 20 years of experience and one million haircuts under her belt, brings her coveted New York City salon experience to moms and children across the country. The full line of style and care products, which are all Kid Tested + Cozy Approved and contain No Nasties (no joke!), is tailored to both the needs of moms and kids through the brand that encourages kids to express themselves through their own personal style, advocating that “being you is our idea of cool.” SoCozy will redefine the kids’ haircare category, representing a much-needed and welcomed addition to the global personal care space.

With cleansers, styling essentials and naturally effective lice solutions in sophisticated scents that appeal to both moms and kids, SoCozy delivers haircare that is so smart, so safe, so easy and so cool.

Available starting in August 2014 at beauty and personal care emporiums like C.O. Bigelow Apothecaries, Soap.com and Follica.com; premium salons such as Pierre Michel; as well as go-to children’s shopping destinations including giggle and many more.

  1. I myself have difficult hair texture that is always frizzy. I actually like using kids haircare on my hair because it is more gentle on it. I would love to try this line.
