My hair has been feeling (and looking!) a bit dry as of late! I have thick hair and need extra moisture in the summer, so I slather on conditioner, serum, what have you; I even apply argan oil, too, but it seems that I need something extra.

Luckily, the lovely people at Cezanne recently sent me the Perfect Finish Thermal Styling Spray ($39.95) — the last step to achieving perfect hair! Cezanne are the “hair-smoothing” makers of the formaldehyde-free restructuring treatment that promises smoother, more manageable and healthy hair that lasts for months!

Although I haven’t tried their entire line of moisturizing shampoos, conditioners and leave-in treatments, I was a little skeptical at first.

The Cezanne Perfect Finish Thermal Styling Spray says it’ll protect, soften and add shine to hair after regular washing and before you blow-dry/flat-iron your hair. I always like to run the blow-dryer through my roots and flat-iron my bangs (due to all my pesky cowlicks!), which dries them out.

This Perfect Finish spray is supposed to protect hair from exposure to heat and prevent breakage; it eliminates frizz, builds body and strengthens hair all while adding luster and boosting shine. Even if you haven’t had the Cezanne treatment (like me), this finishing spray will provide AMAZING results!

So, as you can see, my hair in the BEFORE shot is looking a little dry and unruly. I’ve been wearing my hair up lately due to all this heat, and it definitely needs a little TLC.  To use, I sprayed the finisher all over my damp hair, concentrating on my bangs.

It spritzes a fine mist that covers a lot of hair, so this bottle could last you a long time (about 50 uses as approximated by Cezanne). Once I worked it through with my fingers, I blasted on the heat. The next morning, I used my flat iron and ran it through my bangs.

I IMMEDIATELY saw that my hair didn’t look (or feel) like straw. Even though my flat iron doesn’t get THAT hot, I definitely felt the difference: my hair was soft, shiny and felt moisturized, healthy. Now imagine if I tried the entire line of products? Talk about silky-smooth hair! I’ve only used it once and can’t wait to continue applying this to my hair.

Are any of you lovely ladies Cezanne fans? Have you tried the entire treatment line, or are you a Cezanne newbie like me? What do you think of my results?
