Ink Artliner Longwear Calligraphy Gel Eyeliner in Indigo Charm ($23) glides on smoothly and we have never seen anything quite like it. It glides on like fine China silk — effortlessly and fluidly. It stays put for hours and hours and you can paint your entire lids with it and be a rebel.

Color Fever Gloss in Piha Black (available for a limited in November) takes gloss to a wholly new place. The sheer black metallic concoction made this pasty white girl look dead – and not in a bizarrely attractive True Blood way. After staring at my ghoulish self for a moment, I surmised that this gloss requires layering. I spread it on over both nude and wine lipstick. The wine and black combo worked the best, but I still found it a little much. If you crave dark drama, though, you’d best get to Lancome in November and lay your money down.

Le Vernis Nail Polish ($18) contains Methyl-Sulfonyl-Methane, which encourages the production of keratin, the protein that comprises nails. It makes the nail strong and flexible, as if anyone needs a reason to love the sparkly deep blue of Indigo Paris. The long-lasting lacquer glams up fingers or toes and needs no excuse.
