Anastasia Beverly Hills has launched Brow Duality ($23.00) that makes brightening the eye area as easy as 1-2-3. With a different color at each end, you choose if you want a matte or shimmer finish. I sampled Matte Shell/Lace Shimmer; there is also Matte Camille/Sand Shimmer available. I love using a pencil — its application can be so precise.

I used it in my inner eye area and also right under my brow bone; it does instantly make you appear more awake! Key ingredients such as antioxidants are in the formula in order to moisturize the area around the eye and protect the delicate skin of the brow bone. Jojoba oil forms a lipid layer that helps absorb moisture, penetrating to the outer layer of the skin.
I find that the feel/texture was very smooth to apply and did not tug nor irritate any part of my eye while applying. My eyes are quite sensitive, yet this pencil was very easy-to-apply and felt as if it acted as a nourishing agent — as well as a highlighter. No wonder Anastasia is a household name!
