They say it gives you a “perm effect” and I would have to agree. This patent pending formula has a polymer, a spherical micro sponge and a soft get. What does this mean for you and me? This curvy shaped brush is going to push your lashes up a dramatic 90 degrees! I loved that this mascara. If it is super curling power you are looking for with non clumpy soft lashes, this mascara is for you. While it did give some drama, and great curl I would say they were dramatic, yet tame. No clumping and I could easily apply from root to tip without any problems. This mascara comes in black and extreme black.
NYC New York Color – Get it all Mascara ($3.99), does just that. If you want separated, long lashes that can easily be layered with no clumping whatsoever this is also a great choice. I loved the drama it created and I think this will be a rotating mascara in my arsenal. At this price, you can’t go wrong!! This product contains Candelilla wax which enables product to apply without any stiffness, yielding better lash results This mascara delivers!! It curls lashes up to 70%, lengthens lashes up to 65% and depending on how many layers you build, you can get extreme volume!! This mascara comes in one shade, Extreme black.
