To create a cool cat eye:
STEP 1: Using the liner end trace the natural curve of the brow bone.
STEP 2: Start at the inner corner and glide the felt tip liner end across the upper lash line and beyond to create a cat eye shape.
STEP 3: Switch application sides to the dotting tool and apply 8-10 dots under the lower lash line
Ono Tip: to create the “anime” lash look place the liner end in the center of each dot and drag outwards to recreate the runway makeup trend.
STEP 4: Complete the look by adding 5-6 flashes on each eye for bold, flirty false lashes in a Flash.
