Farsali Unicorn Essence | $54.00

The Unicorn Essence is enriched with four superfruit extracts that are loaded with antioxidants – known for their anti-aging properties: acai berry, goji berry, elderberry, and blueberry. The acai berries and blueberries not only contain powerful antioxidants, they are also packed with vitamin C, which supports skin tone. Thanks to its water-based formula, this serum will allow your skin to soak up the supplements, leaving it hydrated without a greasy residue.

First of all, this product smells delightfully amazing. It has a cupcake type of scent in my opinion. It’s not overbearing or “fake” smelling either. I was excited to try this out because I had seen the videos circulating on Instagram of girls applying this directly to their faces before applying makeup. I really love using it as a primer underneath my makeup. It plumps up the skin and leaves a nice tacky finish on the skin (I don’t mention tacky in a bad way). It really gives your foundation a smooth application and makes it last much longer throughout the day. I’ve enjoyed using this underneath my eyes before applying concealer in order to prevent the concealer from creasing, as Farsali suggests.

You can also apply a small amount of this to your eyelid as an eyeshadow primer or apply a little bit on top of your cheekbones, let it dry, and then layer your highlight on top, for a glowing look. This product serves a multitude of purposes and I really enjoy that! But the smell is ah-mazing! You only need the smallest amount for the product to be effective so I think this product will last a long while!

Farsali Rose Gold Elixir | $54.00

The Rose Gold Elixir is a 24-karat, gold-infused beauty oil that’s rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids. It’s formulated with ingredients that work together synergistically to provide the ultimate results to address all of your skincare needs. Rosehip seed oil penetrates quickly to nourish your skin while visibly brightening and improving skin texture. It is packed with linoleic and linolenic acids, vitamin C, and vitamin A to help reduce the appearance of fine lines and discoloration. The pure 24k gold flakes absorb right into your skin, leaving your skin naturally glowing and radiant.

As you can see from the photo, there are actual flakes of 24k gold in this product! It’s super cool. This product has more of a natural smell in my opinion and that doesn’t bother me at all. It’s definitely heavier on the skin than the Unicorn Essence. I applied this underneath makeup both on its own and paired with the Unicorn Essence. It’s a little much for my oily skin during the daytime but I do love using this serum at nighttime.

For those with drier skin, you can also mix one to three drops of this with your favorite foundation to keep your skin hydrated and glowing. I will say that the 24k gold flakes do blend out into your skin and give the appearance of a nice, fresh, healthy glow. Farsali also says you can add a few drops of this to your favorite cream concealer, contour, highlight, or brow pomade to bring them back to life. I think I’ll be trying this out too because my brow pomade needs a little life in it again! You can also use this to hydrate your lips before applying lipstick. I’ve tried this and it works well. You can apply a little bit to your lips while you do the rest of your face makeup. Then, by the time you get to your lips, the product has soaked in nicely and moisturized your lips. Perfect prep for liquid lipsticks that tend to be a bit drying!

Farsali Jelly Beam Illuminator, Frosted Champagne | $40.00

Jelly Beam’s innovative texture is a bouncy gel that is loaded with pigment for a high-shine effect. Being a jelly, it moves and glides easily onto the skin, starting off with a wet, cool feel. Because it is 100% oil free, it quickly dries down to a powder finish. The formula is concentrated – a little goes a long way – and can be built up to a show-stopping beam.

Jelly Beam has a transformative property that lets it start as a jelly and set like a powder, which is why it tends to jellify or form together and move around in the packaging and lid. If stirred, the product will transform into a runny consistency and fill up the space of the container. Use it as-is, or have some fun and give it a stir. Both consistencies will give you the same beaming finish!

This product is so unique. There is nothing like it in my collection. It is also absolutely stunning. I tried applying this with my fingers as well as with a small stippling brush. It definitely gives you a highlight that you can see from outer space! This can be sheered out for a more natural look by applying a very small amount of product. But, if you want to glow to the Gods, you can easily achieve that with this product. The product does set quickly so you’ll want to blend fast and do one side of your face at a time. However, the glow lasts all day long.

You can also mix this in with your foundation for a more glowy look or even apply it mixed with the Rose Gold Elixir. These application methods will give you all-over illumination as well as radiance. You can also mix this with body lotion, apply it as a lip topper to the center of your lips to give the illusion of fuller lips, or even apply it to the eyes for a bit of shimmer. It looks especially nice on the inner corners and even the brow bone.

Overall, I love these products by Farsali. While they tend to be on the pricier side, they feel and apply luxuriously. I love that each product has several uses so the possibilities are endless. I think now that I’ve tried these products, when I run out, I’ll need to restock ASAP! If you haven’t tried any products by Farsali yet, I’m not sure what you’re waiting for. The hype is real! There’s a reason why these products are always trending on social media!
