Giorgio Armani Luminessence CC Cream – Best For Darker Skintones, Complexions

My summer beauty routine has been super-simple this year: concealer, tinted moisturizer, blush, lipgloss, mascara… done!  While my 5-staple items haven’t changed at all, I recently swapped out my powder blush (MAC‘s Ambering Rose ) in exchange for liquid blush. I’d never used liquid blush before, but after using Giorgio Armani’s Maestro Fusion Blush, it’s safe to say, I’m a total fan!

Giorgio Armani’s Maestro Fusion Blush gave my cheeks the perfect pop of coral color and was very easy to apply. I used the dropper to place 2 drops of the liquid blush right on the apples of my cheeks. I placed it on top of my tinted moisturizer using a damp Beautyblender sponge. Then, I dabbed the blush upwards over my cheek, in the direction toward the top of my ear.

Giorgio Armani Maestro Fusion Makeup Compact – With Argan Oil To Nourish Skin

Overall, I loved the soft, dewy color I achieved! The blush looked very natural and glided on so smooth! Here are 3 more reasons I’ll be adding this liquid blush to my daily routine.

1. The dropper provides a fool-proof application. Sometimes, with my powder blush, I tend to be heavy-handed and accidentally apply too much. Once the powder is on my skin, it seems impossible to undo the damage without using makeup remover to start all over again. With the Giorgio Armani Maestro Fusion Blush, the dropper always disperses the perfect amount of color!

2. A dewy finish looks more natural. I love a no-makeup makeup look and feel. I have acne-prone skin, and my facial medications tend to zap all of the oil from my skin. Therefore, powder can make my face look too cake-y. This liquid blush gave my cheeks beautiful color sans that powdery, dry look.

3. The color is easy to layer. If you love rich color on your cheeks, this blush makes it very easy to layer on another coat.  Just use the dropper to dab on another drop of the liquid color, blend and you’re done!
