Becca is one of my favorite high-end brands; they always have such fresh and innovative products. I’m pleased to share these products with you today. I love every product that I tried. First, the Shadow & Light Brow Contour Mousse, $25. I have this in the shade Café (medium). The brow-enhancing lowlight shade is used to thicken brows, fill in gaps, and extend brows. The lighter shade is used to create an arch or highlight around the brows. These have an air-whipped texture enriched with flexible silicone polymers that allow for smooth application without clumping. This formula is long-lasting, water-resistant, and smudge proof. I absolutely love this product and it is super convenient!
The Under Eye Brightening Corrector, $29, is an under eye corrector and radiance booster. It has a unique pink tone to eradicate darkness and cover up extreme dark circles. It is infused with ultra-fine light-reflecting illuminators and doesn’t settle into fine lines or wrinkles. This product goes underneath your regular concealer. I love this! It’s perfect for adding an extra step of brightness for the under eye area.
The Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed in Opal, $38, is one amazing highlighter! This is not for someone who enjoys subtle highlights. It is in your face metallic like no other. It is a creamy powder luminizer that is like crushed gemstones. This golden, opal shade accentuates the high points of your face with targeted shimmer. It is a beautiful highlighter and I recommend this to anyone who loves a strong highlight.
I have Beach Tints, $25, in the shades Grapefruit and Lychee. These are 2-in-1 stains that can be used on your cheeks and lips. They are also water resistant with a subtle fruity scent and oil/streak free. A very little bit goes a long way, as with most Becca products.
The Aqua Luminous Perfecting Foundation, $44, is infused with water, hyaluronic acid and nourishing minerals. It offers intense hydration and a truly weightless feel and gives a subtle luminosity to the skin. I would say this is a light coverage foundation but can be built up to a medium coverage.
The Lit from Within Backlight Priming Filter, $38, is infused with three unique filtering luminescent pearls and has a lightweight, whipped formula which creates a smooth canvas. This primer gives you a great glow.
The Backlight Targeted Colour Correctors, $30 each, are super pigmented! There are four shades: Pistachio (neutralizes redness), Violet (neutralizes dullness), Peach (neutralizes dark circles and hyperpigmentation), and Papaya (neutralizes deep blues and greens). I love that there is such a variety of shades available. These would be great for all skin tones.
The Shimmering Skin Perfector in Moonstone is a crème-liquid that perfects skin with light-reflecting pearls for a soft, natural glow. This would be perfect for you girls who prefer a more subtle highlight. This product retails for $41.
The One Perfecting Brush, $49 is made out of goat hair and can be used to apply foundation, powder, contour, bronzer, blush, and concealer. It replaces your stippling brush, fan brush, concealer brushes, kabuki brushes, and beauty sponges.
I love the formula of the Mineral Blushes, $32. I have these in the shades Wild Honey and Songbird. They blend like a dream and are also super pigmented. I’d recommend either of these shades for the upcoming spring and summer months.
In the photograph, I am wearing the Lit from Within Backlight Priming Filter, the Aqua Luminous Perfecting Foundation in Light, the Pistachio Colour Corrector, the Under Eye Brightening Corrector, the Mineral Blush in Wild Honey, the Shadow & Light Brow Contour Mousse in Medium, and the Shimmering Skin Perfector in Moonstone. I genuinely enjoy all of these products. I do have oily skin though. Using the primer and the foundation together was a bit too much as my oily skin started to break down the products after about three hours. However, I think using one or the other would be good for those of us with oily skin. If you have dry skin, you will love the primer and the foundation together. I did love the luminosity that the primer and foundation gave my skin together though!
