I would recommend this palette to anyone who is a lover of neutral shadows. I love the fact that you can use the deeper shades for crease work or powder liner. The shadows blend effortlessly. If you’ve read any of my previous reviews on IT Cosmetics, you know that I adore their brushes. The quality is phenomenal. They are truly some of my favorite brushes and this one is no exception. I love the liner part of the brush for doing either angled liner or even my brows. The transforming part of the brush is great, especially for travel, since you essentially get three additional brushes in one. For $19, and four different brushes, I think this is definitely worth the money!
