This oil-eliminating powder promises to provide twelve hours of matte skin. It contains seabuckthorn berry extract, which is the richest plant source in the world containing Omega 3, 6, 9 and 7, and the most powerful antioxidant, Superoxide Dismutase (SOD). The powder is white, so you have to make sure it blends in well. I will be using this most definitely once the summer months hit. Oil slicks beware!
This toner spray can be used during your skincare or throughout the day. It gets rid of large pores, oily skin; revives dull skin, acne and tigthens large pores. It also prevents skin from breaking out and locks in moisture. I really liked the clean smell (the cucumber and aloe really stick out). I experienced no irritation and loved how it set my makeup.
Ingredients: organic bergamot, cucumber peel extract watermelon fruit extract and aloe vera powder
Formulated in Europe, this foundation comes in two shades: Almond (left) and Honey. This products boasts a 12 active ingredient list that will whiten, nourish and lift the skin. Almond was a great match for my skin; both of these colors will suit those with more yellow tones. It didn’t leave a thick finish on the skin and worked great with the concealer (which is next!).
Ingredients: licorice root extract, ceramide, grape seed extract, antarcticine, hyaluronic acid, biopeptide CL, pepha-tight, ethyl scorbic acid, coenzyme Q10, wheat germ oil, tornare, and horus sake lees extract
This does-it-all concealer is available in three shades: Crostata, Panettone and Struffoli (swatched). I love the fact that it whitens the skin, especailly when covering up pesky acne scar marks. I solely use it on blemishes and love how well it worked with the foundation. Ingredients such as green tea and golden jojoba oil are infused in this richly pigmented concealer stick.
Ingredients: licorice root, japanese green tea, rice bran and golden jojoba seed oil
This night cream smells absolutely divine — the best-smelling night cream I’ve ever tried! Like lemon and vanilla cake! My aunt swiped this from me, as she loved how the rich cream soaked right into her skin. I was surprised at how light it felt on, even with all of the essential oils packed into it — not causing me to break out or feel like I applied too much. Vitamin B Complex, C and A help to detoxify the skin and stimulate cell growth. The packaging is simple, but the benefits are comparable (and, I’ll say it, superior) to any high-end moisturizer.
Ingredients: shea butter, sunflower seed oil, green tea extract, aloe vera powder, banana fruit extract, apricot fruit extract, silk powder and papaya fruit extract
This eyebrow powder and wax set comes in the shade Pecan Deluxe — suitable for a number of those with medium blonde hair to light brunettes. The wax is of great quality and the powder works well to blend it all together. I really liked the dual-sided brush (one angled and the other a fluffy blending brush) that accompanied the kit; it wasn’t too stiff and worked well with the two defining colors.
Ingredients: caranuba wax, mineral oil, castor seed oil
Formulted without harmful chemicals, this cleanser is perfect for oily, acne-prone and dry, dull skin. In just oe botle it will help to fight wrinkles and blemished skin with the ingredients CUPINE ALOEPA, which stands for CUcumber-PINEapple-ALOE vera-PApaya with mulberry leaves extract. It is a clear-foaming cleanser that smells very citrusy.
I knew this whitening mask was going to work on my acne-prone skin! Witch Hazel is a great blemish-controlling ingredient. The 3 Ps in this mask include papaya, Green papaya and pineapple. It comes out of the tube clear, and leaves a very cooling, enjoyable sensation on the skin. It goes and and dries crystal clear, but makes quite the difference to even out and exfoliate the skin.
