Hawaiian Detox Warming Clay Cleanser

Massaging this naturally warming volcanic clay cleanser gently over your skin softens your pores for easy absorption of the everyday pollutants that cause complexion chaos. Skin is gently calmed and comforted while dirt, oil, and problematic impurities simply wash away.

This product is hypo-allergenic and ideal for oily or blackhead-prone skin. So, that means it was a perfect product in my eyes! According to Alba Botanica, over 88% of consumers tested said their skin was less oily and more clarified after using this product. I do enjoy using this and find it is gentle enough for everyday use. I’m hoping with continued use I can see more benefits of the clarification and reduction in oiliness, since those are two skincare concerns of my own. I really enjoy this product and look forward to keeping it in my rotation.

Hawaiian Detox Shampoo, Daily Clarifying Volcanic Clay

For hair yearning to breathe free, this shampoo brings back bounce and renews shine with every wash. Tropical fruit extracts help loosen and release dry, flakey skin, gummy oils, and styling residue that can accumulate on scalp and hair. Volcanic clay, the consummate clarifier, absorbs and washes away dulling pollutants, impurities, and residue from heavy conditioners, styling products, and dry shampoos. Deep cleansed and clarified, locks are free to glow and grow longer and stronger.

This shampoo is sulfate-free, non-staining, and safe for all hair types, including color-treated hair. My hair isn’t color-treated; however, I do use a lot of heat on it and styling products, such as hair oils, masks, dry shampoo, etc. I love the way this shampoo clears all of the gunk out of your hair without stripping it. I’ve been pairing it with my favorite conditioner at the moment and really enjoying it.

Acnedote Pimple Patches

When a big, irritating pimple has got to go, stick on one of these little dots and let it work its magic. Each remarkable patch draws fluids and oils out and away from the skin to help reduce inflammation while the tight seal keeps skin moist to encourage faster healing and reduce the risk of scarring. The non-drying treatment is focused directly on the problem while an occlusive barrier helps keep bacteria out and prevents touching, picking, and popping. The invisible patches disappear on your skin and stay in place even while you sleep.

These patches have been dermatologist tested and are free of rubber latex, for those of you who may have latex allergies. These are small circular little patches that do look pretty invisible on the skin. They are great at drawing out the gunk from any pimples you may get, and keep you from squeezing and popping them. I will definitely stock up on these! I’ve heard a lot about products like these and they’re absolutely a must have if you suffer from acne.

Acnedote Clearing Gel Peel

Pesky pimples don’t stand a chance against this fast-acting, anti-acne powerhouse. In as few as 1 to 5 minutes per week, this botanically-effective, anti-pimple peel, fortified with fruit acids, helps dry up active blemishes while 1% salicylic acid and willow bark extract eradicate the acne-causing bacteria that lurk behind.

This product is also dermatologist tested! It won the Best of Natural Beauty Award for 2018 by Better Nutrition. I like that the product is mostly natural and has a low percentage of salicylic acid (1%). Salicylic acid tends to dry out my skin but I found that this product was not drying at all. I’m looking forward to seeing more results as I continue to use it.

Hawaiin Detox Warming Mud Mask

For deep down detoxification, let this naturally warming mud mask soften and prime pores for maximum extraction of stubborn pollutants embedded within the skin. Mineral-rich volcanic clay gently exfoliates before it soaks up the dirt, oil, and bacteria that cause complexion chaos.

Hawaiian Facial Mask Pore-Fecting Papaya Enzyme

Discover this five minute tropical retreat for an instant skin pick-me-up. Papaya and pineapple enzymes gently loosen and dissolve dull skin cells and impurities to reveal fresh, vibrant skin. Aloe vera soothes to produce renewed tone and texture.

I love these little one-time use travel friendly versions of masks that brands are putting out. It also means you get to try out a mask before committing to purchasing a full-sized tube or bottle. I think both of these masks are great and really give you an at-home spa feel. I cannot comment as to the long-term results because I only had enough to use it one time, but at such an affordable price, if you fall in love with the product, it’s something that won’t break the bank to keep in stock in your skincare routine!

Overall, I’m really impressed with the quality of Alba Botanica products. I’ve never tried anything from the brand and was only vaguely familiar with the line before I received these products. I’m definitely intrigued to see what else they have to offer!
