This product is a deeply hydrating recovery sleeping mask that is said to “balance skin’s naturally occurring flora and lock in moisture overnight to hydrate, reduce redness, and soothe signs of irritation.

The gel formula is:

• Alcohol free
• Paraben free
• Sulfate free
• Phthalate free
• Fragrance free

This leave-on mask claims to “work through the night to reduce redness and signs of irritation while restoring hydration to dry skin in 24 hours.” In the morning, you’re promised a “natural glow” and a look that is refreshed, soothed, and hydrated. There is also a claim that the product minimizes fine lines and wrinkles.

I used this on a night when my skin was looking blotchy and felt a little irritated. I loved the pale green color (like jade!) and the fresh scent; even though it said to be fragrance free, I detected a bit of cucumber and perhaps lemon or lime – yum! It went on easily and though it took a while to dry, it was well absorbed by morning. And, it did take care of the blotchiness/irritation and left my skin soft, smooth, and feeling fresh. I didn’t notice any difference in the line/wrinkle department but I do think this would be a good product to have on hand for when your skin is acting up!
