Olay Regenerist Luminous Light Hydrating Face Lotion, $25.99-$33.99, is a newly introduced product designed to:
- Plump skin, even skin tone and fade the look of dark spots to illuminate skin
- Quickly penetrate 10 layers deep into skin’s surface to hydrate and even skin tone
- Release hydrating droplets upon application to instantly leave skin feeling hydrated
In addition, the unique hydra-release technology is said to be, “non-greasy, quick-absorbing and lightly-scented.”
I used this for a couple of weeks and was pleased with the results though I did not notice a significant change in dark spots. However, the lightweight formula absorbed instantly and left my skin soft, supple and hydrated without that greasy, slick feeling. If you are in the market for a highly-performing, yet clean-feeling formula, this is the product for you. And as typical of Olay products, the low-end price still delivers a high-end experience. It’s worth noting that there is no SPF in this product at all, so if you use it during the day, you’ll need to find a way to add sun protection to your beauty regime. But at night, that is not an issue at all. Bottom line: another solid performer from the folks at Olay.
