The Youth Code Skin Illuminator Tinted All-In-1 Moisturizer SPF 20, $17.99 is a duo of lightweight, tone-matching coverage and daily hydration. It allows you to instantly even and illuminate dull tone. According to L’Oreal, in one month skin is visibly smoother and discolorations are diminished. Ingredients include glycerin, shea butter, lentil seed and bark extracts.

I used this product daily for almost a month. Though it came out white from the tube, it changed while on my skin and provided subtle, light coverage, though it was not a substitute for a foundation. I did find it a bit sticky, and I did not notice much difference in my skin though perhaps longer use would yield better results. I appreciated the SPF factor of 20 though I do prefer a minimum of SPF 30.

RevitaLift Triple Power Day Lotion Moisturizer SPF 20, $24.99, is a luxurious, lightweight lotion that helps transform the look of aging skin by combining the powerful anti-aging action of Pro-Xylane and Bright Active XP3 with broad spectrum protection against the sun’s UVA and UVB rays.

I used it daily for nearly a month. I liked the texture, which was light, creamy and blended well, and I found it to be good base for the rest of my make up. I would have preferred an SPF of 30, but perhaps the lower SPF gave it that silky light texture. It was definitely smoothing but did not address fine lines, wrinkles or discoloration. However perhaps longer use would yield more visible results.
