I’m a huge fan of tinted moisturizer. Name one and I’ve probably tried it. In fact, I hardly ever wear foundation because a tinted moisturizer and concealer always give me that barely-there makeup look I love. The latest tinted moisturizer that I’ve fallen in love with is the Giorgio Armani Luminessence CC Cream.
The Luminessence CC Cream comes in 8 shades (I’m wearing shade 7) and offers a lightweight, medium coverage that’s perfect for daily use. I applied my CC cream with a dampened Beauty Blender sponge, which is what I use for all of my tinted moisturizer on a daily basis. A little goes a long way, and I was able to achieve the coverage pictured here with two light applications — I applied a light coat all over my face and then dabbed on another, extra-light coat over my problem areas and blemishes for added coverage.

Overall, I LOVED the results! I’m not wearing any concealer or moisturizer in these photos, only the CC cream by itself. As you can see, it offers plenty of color-correcting coverage, even on my dark spots (that are the result of having adult acne the past four years).

Another thing I love about this CC cream is that it has broad spectrum SPF 35. It’s so important to wear sunscreen every day, year-round, ladies! No excuses! I applied a light coat of Cover FX’s Pressed Mineral Powder on top before I headed out the door, just to give me a longer lasting look. And at the end of the day, I still had a nice amount of coverage.
