Since my first review of Alexis Vogel products, I have been in contact asking her about every product she uses on Pamela Anderson. My old colleague and I used to scour the market for the perfect “Pam” pink lipstick! I was so excited to see that I received it in the Pamela Bombshell Collection with so much more. This vegan and cruelty free collection not only has fantastic products, it has a purpose too; 10% of all proceeds go towards the Pamela Anderson Foundation.
Included in the collection are 11 products to create your ultimate “Bombshell” look! Choose between the Pink or Nude Collection. In this Pink Collection is:
Fill’Er Up Eye Primer
Retro Cake Liner
Pudgy Pencil in Cleopatra
2 Timer Pencil -Hypnotic/Enchant
Velvet Shadows – Smoke It and Majesty
Glow Dust – Sequins
Stay Pout Liquid Lip Stain – Barely
Lip Defining Pencil – Smooch
Pro Lipstick – Barbarella
Luminous Gloss – Parfait
Also included are two tip cards to show you how to create the perfect lips and eyes, along with Alexis’ Shadow Shape. You can’t go wrong with this collection. There’s everything you need to unleash your inner bombshell.
As instructed in Alexis’ book Celebrity Makeup – Professional Secrets and Techniques, I started with lips for my transformation. First, I applied the Stay Pout Liquid Lip Stain in Barely – a pretty pink stain that doesn’t dry out the lips. Then, I used the Lip Defining Pencil in Smooch – a warm nutmeg shade. This ensures a long lasting lip look. Next, I applied the gorgeous Pro Lipstick in Barbarella. This formula is matte yet creamy and looks amazing with or without gloss. To top off lips I applied Luminous Gloss in Parfait.
To create sultry eyes, first prime the lid. I applied Fill’Er up Eye Primer to lock down my eyeshadow. Alexis includes a variety of eye liners. You can either mix these liners, or use the one that works best for you. The Retro Cake Liner comes in brown and black split pan and applies with ease. For my look below, I used the Pudgy Pencil in Cleopatra and the 2 Timer Pencil in Enchant to line my inner rim. Both of these pencils glide on easily and don’t tug. Lastly, for this eye look are the two finely milled Velvet Shadows in Smoke It ( jet black) and Majesty (pearly Bordeaux). The shadows glided over the liner and my lids to create the ultimate vixen. The Velvet Shadows blend so beautifully, no clown eyes here.
I wish these products had been available when I was working at the makeup counter, they are amazing. Not only are they long wearing and high quality, but the included tips make applying these products easy for a novice or pro.
This collection is available at AlexisVogel.com for $199.00. If you are tired of the same old cosmetics, I highly recommend checking out this collection and the other great products from Alexis Vogel.
