“Millions of anti-aging micro-droplets in a foundation: absolute perfection visible repair” was the tagline on this product. I sampled Classic Ivory (123), Natural Buff (129), Sand Beige (135) and Classic Tan (141) — and they all had this lovely liquid-cream texture that melted into the skin instantly.
There are twelve foundation shades being introduced beginning July 2012 in mass, food and drug retailers nationwide for $14.95. These all have broad spectrum SPF 16 and also an innovative formula that is also found in the Revitalift collection named Pro-Xylane — a proprietary ingredient exclusive to L’Oréal that is a 100% naturally derived sugar molecule that promotes moisture retention and builds cohesion of skin layers. The ingredient adds support for an ideal environment for your skin’s natural cell metabolism.
This product also contains pro-retinol that accelerates skin renewal; hyaluronic acid, which is known to plump the skin from within, improving elasticity and reinforces fullness so that fine lines are minimized; vitamin C, which is known to brighten the skin and both pro-retinol and pro-lastyl (patented ingredient) that accelerate skin renewal to help reduce the number of lines and wrinkles, stimulating the production of new elastin for increased skin firmness. These are also oil-free and dermatologist tested, non-comedogenic, fragrance- free and suitable for all skin types.
With all of this being said, the foundation is a multi-tasking dream!
