Band of Outsiders: Makeup by Dick Page for Shiseido
The show had three different looks, pulled together in unison with a bandit look. Dick Page created yet another stunning look inspired by the rugged look of the clothing. The three looks were “Girl Girl,” “Girl Boy” and “Boy Boy.” For “Girl Girl” Shimmering Cream Eye Color, in Leather, was applied to the eyes from lash line to brow bone using a fluff brush.
The color was diffused out with Shimmering Cream Eye Color in Sable. There was no concealer or foundation applied to the overall skin. Then a “Bandit Look” was applied around the eyes in a rosy color, creating a burnt effect. The skin is completely matted down with Shiseido Loose Powder.
A red lip, lipstick in Dragon, is applied to the middle of the lip and diffused with beige along the outer lips. “Girl Boy” look was exactly the same for the “Girl Girl” look with the exception of the color for the “Bandit Look”. The color that was used was a bronzed, almost dirt like color. “Boy Boy” was basic male grooming; and there were five male climbers that received an intense “Bandit Look.” Dick had some of the guy climbers close their eyes tightly so when applying the burnt bandit look lines were created.
