I have been going to Wedding Salon Events for almost 3 years and although I got married over 2 years ago, I have to admit, I still enjoy going to them. It’s always fun to see the latest wedding trends; the wedding industry gets more creative each year.
The Wedding Salon Event is the nation’s premier luxury bridal show held in New York, LA, Miami, Washington, DC, Chicago, and Houston. Vendors display samples of their products and services. There are cake tastings, cocktails, ideas for venues, honeymoon spots, and a lot more! If you are a couple planning a wedding, the Wedding Salon Event is a great resource spot!
This year’s NYC event was held again at the Manhattan Affinia Hotel. Some of my favorite vendors from the event are below.
Tracie Martyn
I was not familiar with Tracie Martyn, until I noticed her booth at the Wedding Salon Event-now I am a little obsessed. She is a British born make up artist who has an A-list clientele from movie stars to royalty. Tracie’s line is the first all-natural anti-aging skin care line with organic botanical ingredients.
Like many, I care about what goes on my skin. Tracie’s products have all the good stuff! While at her booth I experienced a 10 minute facial, which was heavenly. It made my skin look and feel glorious. I would definitely suggest to brides (as well as anyone looking to improve their skin care regime) to check out Tracie Martyn’s line of products. www.traciemartyn.com
Loving Perfume
Another vendor that I was excited about was Loving Perfume. What most impressed me was the uniquely designed bottle. They also have a goal of raising one million dollars for The National Children’s Cancer Society.
The Loving Perfume, sells online for $100; the NCCS receives $50 from each purchase. The scent is a delicate floral bouquet of rose and jasmine with patchouli, creamy amber, and vetiver. Fresh nuances of Italian bergamot, green leaves and mulberry top it all off to make the scent delectable. A great cause and a great gift. www.revelationsperfume.com
Hipster PhotoBooth
This photo booth was innovative and would be a great addition to your wedding. Some things that differentiate it are top notch equipment, unlimited prints, connection to social media, free props, attendants, customizable designs. They will also put together a scrap book and the size of the prints are perfect. I experienced it for myself and loved the pictures that resulted. It was quick, simple and a new innovative spin on an old idea. https://bookhipstr.com
I strongly recommend finding out when the next Wedding Salon Event will be in your area; it’s a great resource for all your wedding needs! You are able to easily visit multiple vendors in one night, at one venue.
