Okay, I have a beauty crush! And her name is Theo Kogan, founder of Armour Beauty. She is also a rocker/model, makeup artist and mom, so she (like me) wears many hats — and I salute her for that!
Armour Beauty‘s lipglosses, which are made using avocado butter, mango seed butter, shea butter, vitamin E and grape seed oil, among other natural ingredients, were first introduced to me two years ago while attending The Makeup Show.
I had stopped at their booth, as I was attracted to the color options as well as Theo herself. The products are also paraben-free and cruelty-free.

At the time of her daughter’s birth, she launched a beautiful, bright opaque orange, Lucy, and I remember buying it. I also liked so many other colors and now comes the newly launched Purple Rain Lipgloss ($21.00).

Purple Rain is a sparkling purple-pink shimmer lip gloss named after the classic song by Prince. It’s vanilla/grapefruit-scented like all Armour glosses, as well as being rich in natural oils and butters to help moisturize and protect your pout.
Many of my makeup artist friends are deep into this line. All I do is open their kits, peek inside and squeal when I see Theo Kogan‘s line in there! The glosses come in a variety of long-lasting, rock ‘n’ roll shades to suit all skintones.
