Makeup Review, Swatches: Revlon ColorStay Concealer, Nearly Naked Foundation, Pressed Powder

Time release formulas aren’t for your antihistamines anymore! Now, this technology refers to your makeup! Revlon ColorStay Concealer ($9.99), which can be used for any issue on your face, uses time release technology to continually balance your skin throughout the day. This lightweight texture doesn’t rub off and will conceal your flaws for up to 24-hours.

I really like the texture of this concealer. But, does it last for 24-hours? Well, I will be honest, I haven’t worn it that long; it did last through breakfast, lunch and a nap! So, that is enough for me. This product comes in six shades: Light, Light/Medium, Medium, Medium/Deep and Deep.

Now, here is a product I can really get excited about! I think this is the lightest foundation and powder I have ever felt in a drugstore brand! Nearly Naked Makeup ($9.99) gives great coverage (I have some acne scars and you would never know they existed!) and feels fantastic on the skin.

When I put it on my finger to blend into my skin it melted right in! Literally, melted off my fingers and into my skin and all that was left behind was beautiful skin! This exclusive formula contains green tea, black tea, oatmeal and jojoba to maintain skin tone and texture. Also, a full broad spectrum of SPF 20. This formula really mimics skin. This foundation has a broader selection of shades from the fairest ivory to the richest chestnut.

Nearly Naked Pressed Powder ($9.99) is equally as impressive. The texture is just so amazing! I love to use it with a brush over my foundation. If you desire a little more coverage, then I would suggest using the sponge that comes packaged with it. This product comes in six shades, which are all coordinated with the foundation: Fair, Light, Medium, Medium/Deep and Deep.
