The Scarf Hat. Jackie O’s Pill Box. These are custom creations of the superstar American designer Roy Halston, who designed millinery for Bergdorf Goodman. He has won five Coty awards, turned cashmere sweaters into floor-length gowns and was inducted into the Coty Hall of Fame.
Halston turned to fragrance in 1975, when he launched his signature fragrance for women, called “Halston.” The latest creations from the House of Halston is HALSTON MAN and HALSTON WOMAN which are inspired by the classic Halston fragrances.
Halston Man Fragrance
Not only are the fragrances housed in beautiful bottles with a warm platinum finish, the scents are completely as unique as Rihanna’s voice. Carlos Benaim, VP of Perfumery at Intl. Flavors and Fragrances, was the mastermind behind this creation. The bottles are designed by the famous Elsa Peretti.
Halston MAN ($75 / $50 / $50 for the 125ml EDT, 75ml EDT, and 125 ml After Shave Spray respectively)
Key notes are from the original scent.
Top notes are fresh burst of citrus, crisp Artemisia and Juicy passion fruit.
The heart is lavender, Pennroyal Mint and Cardamom.
The Dry Down is a deep Patchouli combined with sensual Labdanum and Musk.
Halston Woman Fragrance
Halston Woman ($100 / $70 / $50 for the 100ml, 50ml, and 30 ml respectively)
Top notes are Sicilian Bergamot, Marigold, Blackcurrant.
Heart is precious roses, orris and jasmine petals.
The dry down is rich patchouli heart from Laboratoire Monique Remy in Grasse, France, complex sandalwood and deep Ambers.
