NARS Cosmetics created some amazing looks at this Spring/Summer ’13 New York Fashion Week. Finishing out the week, NARS creating the look for Christopher Kane‘s runway show. Lead makeup artist Lucia Pieroni centered the makeup look around the idea of subtle iridescence with a rather unlikely reference to a horror movie/literary character that helped inspire the designer’s collection, “We wanted to use Christopher’s Frankenstein inspiration and turn it into something dark but dainty, like the collection,” said Pieroni. “There is subtle iridescence coming through the skin, but the prettiness is balanced by using black along the lower lashline.” Read on to find out which NARS products were used to achieve this look at home:
