The heat is on to get the best peepers in town, and now the mascara wars are on! Over the past year, we’ve seen everything from Clinique’s Lower Lash Mascara to now, M.A.C.’s latest launch: False Lashes Extreme Black.
In this launch, midnight meets its match. Considered an intensely inky mascara, this lightweight, innovative mousse-like formula promises to saturate lashes. This is a pretty big promise, since virtually every mascara on the market promises, and we haven’t received it yet, so we’re unable to corroborate this bit of glossy advertising. But it sure sounds great!
The mascara also promises full long-lasting coverage. Each stroke of the unique double-lush brush creates vixen volume and lift by filling in sparse lashes, magnifying and multiplying magnificently. Long-wearing polymers quickly coat from root to tip, keeping lashes supple and flexible – never brittle.
This sounds almost too good to be true, but we’re intrigued. Will you stand in line to get this magic wand?
