Skin Meditation Gel Cream | $36.00

Skin can be sensitive and temperamental during your period, pregnancy, or menopause but this lightweight gel moisturizer provides soothing hydrating to your skin when it is sensitive or is breaking out from hormonal acne. Peppermint essential oil works to cool and restore temperamental skin. That’s not all – quick absorption and a non-greasy finish means it’s perfect for wearing under makeup.

This is the gel moisturizer I’ve been looking for! It’s light, absorbs quickly, and actually provides moisture. The peppermint oil is cooling on the skin and the scent is best described, to me, as natural. It has not affected my skin detrimentally in any way – no weird reactions or anything like that. I enjoy this as a daytime moisturizer but it is not heavy enough for the evening in my opinion. A great product overall.

This product is really interesting because it actually separates in the container (which you can’t see in the picture because I shook it prior to photographing). Knours says you should shake to mix the top layer in when your skin is dry and flaky. Shake only once when your skin is at its peak condition. Do not shake at all to only spray the bottom layer when your skin is sensitive, oily, or red. I enjoy using this product both day and night after applying a toner and before applying a moisturizer. I find that it helps with oiliness as well as soothing any irritated acne. Another great product.
