Before you reach for just any old self-tanning lotion or moisturizer this summer, make sure to check out some of the products Kate Somerville has to offer this season. I had already been a fan of Kate Somerville thanks to her Somerville 360° Tanning Towelettes ($48.00) and ExfoliKate Intensive Exfoliating Treatment ($85.00) — and now her newest ‘skin-vention’ is just incredible! It’s an oxygen and water ultimate hydration treatment that you can do in the comfort of your own home called the Dermal Quench Liquid Lift™ Advanced Wrinkle Treatment ($95.00). Three sprays on my skin and I felt like my skin literally drank water!
It made my skin super-hydrated and soft — over time the circles under my eyes should supposedly diminish due to their lack of hydration. Dryness and the appearance of very fine lines vanished after spraying this formula. Also introduced were the Somerville 360° Face Self Tanning Pads ($45.00) for all skin types. Very easy-to-use, you simply get a sun-kissed look by applying the pad all-over your face; it works with your skin’s own proteins, gradually darkening the skin to a healthy-looking glow within a period of two to four hours. I was encouraged to even apply it before bed as it would act as a non-transferable product! These products are sure to keep us looking like the tanned goddesses we are, all while staying hydrated.
