Lancome has a new fragrance on the market – Idole. It is a classic floral scent that comes in a gorgeous pink bottle.

With the new launch, Lancome also debuted it’s latest campaign for its newest feminine fragrance. Zendaya is the new Lancome Ambassadress. Being the epitome of success and self-fulfillment, Zendaya is living proof that believing in yourself will help you rise to the top. Passing along her inspiring ideals, her committed stance is symbolic of her generation and ongoing movement for empowerment that unites today’s young women.

Francois Lehmann, Lancome Global Brand President, said the following about the campaign: “Radiant and empowered, Zendaya represents the Idole woman and all her idols. As the face of Idole, Zendaya embodies a new generation of women who are taking advantage of their successes to inspire others, pushing back the limits and helping to change the world.”

The campaign film was shot in Los Angeles by Manu Cossu. The story told was that of a woman riding on a magnificent horse. The film is a metaphor for the epic, yet intimate journey towards the future that every woman lives. Taking control of the horse, just as she does with her destiny, empowered by Sia’s invigorating track “Unstoppable,” the film ends with Zendaya standing on Hollywood Hills with the fragrance held high, looking out of the sea of glistening lights, an answer to her rallying cry that everyone is an idole.
