The limited-edition quads can be used wet or dry to create a sultry summer eye. A deep navy blue, pearly teal, matte teal blue and a shimmery bronze make any eye look summertime cool.
To go with your new eye creation, you can use Faux Lash Mascara. This mascara was able to make my lashes long and fluttery without the use of fibers!
