$49.00, this palette was created to celebrate France’s mythical capital city. It contains ten exclusive eyeshadows mixing
perfect matte or satiny nudes that are wearable alone, layered, or blended together for a gorgeous eye look. Enriched with
intense premium pigments and extra-fine powders, the ultra-smooth formula glides on effortlessly. The slimline palette comes complete with a double-ended blending brush and a large mirror for easy makeup application on the move.
The palette comes in a gorgeous super mirrored
rose gold packaging which was incredibly hard to photo (hence the stock photograph up top). It definitely
looks and feels luxurious. Each eyeshadow has a spray over design on top of it which will fade with use, but nevertheless, it is still beautiful to look at. If you’re a fan of nudes and natural eyeshadow looks, you’ll really dig this palette. There is a deep charcoal black which can be used to smoke out any look easily from day time to night time.
These eyeshadows are not overly pigmented but they do not lack pigment by any means. I would say that is what makes it a great palette for makeup beginners (though more experienced makeup fanatics would like it, too). There is
hardly any kick-up when you stick your brush into the pans. Some of the lighter, more glittery shades may require a tackier base to get the shimmer particles to stick but once applied, they look gorgeous. You can also try dampening your makeup brush with some setting spray to get a more metallic effect.
