The upcoming marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton has everyone gossiping. (Come’ on, face it, you’re dying to see what she is going to wear!).

Liz Pugh, Rimmel London’s celebrity makeup artist, is an expert on all the tips and tricks to get that “Royal Look.” She shared with us some secrets on how Katie went from “waity” to capturing a Prince’s heart. Think dark, thick lashes, sparkling eyes and a camera-ready smile.
Here are a few of her tactics:
