This treatment contains a high concentration of hyaluronic acid, which is supposed to create an “instantly visible smoothing effect on the outside of the lips.” Simultaneously, “the multi-vector biopeptide activates the skin’s natural production of hyaluronic acid and plumps up the lips from the inside.” As a result, the contour is redefined and the lips are left feeling soft and supple.
Well, let me at it! I used the product twice a day for about two weeks. Right off the bat, I loved the application process: three rollers made of nickel-free stainless steel designed to “stimulate microcirculation upon application.” Woo hoo! But seriously, it felt great going on. And the formula itself has a wonderfully soothing, emollient feel; unlike some of the plumping gels I have tried, this one does not make your lips feel tingly at all. Think more along the lines of a soothing cup of herbal tea for lips, not a jolt of high-octane coffee.

As the pictures suggest, there was a definite improvement in the skin tone and quality of my lips when using the product. But to be honest, the effect was apparent only when wearing the booster; I did not notice any significant difference when I was not wearing it. The consistency of the booster is too slippery to apply lipstick over; if you wear it, you wear it alone. Still, I loved all the TLC it gave my lips and would continue using it on a regular basis.
