The limited edition Holiday 2015 makeup launches from Dior include the ‘State of Gold’ Color Collection and Couture Makeup Palettes & Sets.
Gold and grey have long been signature colors for the House of Dior. For holiday 2015, Creative and Image Director for Dior Makeup, Peter Philips, combined the storied history of Dior Gold and Dior Grey with the modern incarnations of these elegant shades to create a limited edition color collection. This modern shade of Grey-Gold mixes seamlessly with more intense shades of radiant reds and pinks and delicate, shimmering nudes for an urban yet sophisticated look.
The limited edition collection features the one-of-kind Diorific ‘State of Gold’ Illuminating Pressed Powder, $82, in Luxurious Beige which comes in a stunning gold collector’s compact and can be dusted on tops of the cheekbones, chin and nose for a shimmering effect.
For the first time, the cult favorite Diorific Lipstick is available in a new more moisturizing, matte formula: featuring four new luminous velvet shades, each Diorific Mat Lipstick, $38, provides weightless, long-wearing color without drying for an elegant, modern effect. An easy-wearing matte lipstick whose secret lies in its unique use of an exceptionally soft and velvety micronized silicon powder. The “powdery” silicon smoothes color with no streaking while striking a subtle balance between hold and comfort. Unlike traditional matte makeup, this formula continuously moisturizes lips without drying them. Available in Radiense, Fascinate, Fabuleuse, and Fasntastique.
