By purchasing the box for only $20, you save money as opposed to buying each item separately.
Truffle Shimmer is a beautiful bronze eye shadow shade much more pigmented than Rosy Posy Shimmer. I used Truffle Shimmer in my crease and I didn’t have any issues building up pigmentation. Rosy Posy Shimmer appears more matte once it’s applied to the skin and I placed this shade on the lid. It wasn’t as intense as I would like it to be but I think using a pink or white base would help its intensity. Overall, I liked the eye shadows, especially Truffle Shimmer, and I see this color being great for Summer!
Pink Bouquet is a swirled blush, not too pigmented, which I think is perfect. Sometimes it is difficult to apply blushes that are too pigmented because you end up putting on too much at a time. I like that this color gives the appearance of doll-like cheeks – the perfect baby pink shade. And the texture is a smooth satin.
The lip gloss in Rosy Outlook has a tone similar to that of the Pink Bouquet blush but more muted. It contains fine shimmers that add a look of fullness to your lips. The gloss is a bit thick but I wouldn’t say it is overly sticky. I personally don’t mind thicker lip glosses because they have more staying power on your lips and will last throughout the day.
Overall, I love the packaging. I wish the lip gloss weren’t in a squeeze tube as I quite like the precision a doe foot applicator provides. The designs on the eyeshadow and blush are lovely additions to anyone’s makeup collection to display on your vanity.
