Even after all of this time,
liquid lipsticks are still trending in the beauty world! I’m glad to see so many varieties released, whether it comes down to the formula, brand, or shade. Today I’ll be sharing some great liquid lipsticks from
No 7, in some shades that are perfect for fall!
The prices of these liquid lipsticks will depend upon where you purchase them, but generally they appear to be around
$9.99 each. They can be purchased at your local drugstore, Walmart, etc. They claim to have a
moisture rich texture which glides on in one stroke to deliver high impact matte lips
that last up to 8 hours. The formula claims to be non-drying and last all day long. The shades that I have are:
Fearless, Grace, Conquer, Captivate, Inspire, and Courage.
I do find this formula to be
extremely pigmented, even the lighter shades. The applicator is what I would describe as a flattened doe foot applicator. It allows you to
evenly and precisely apply the color to the lips, even without using a lip liner. The
coverage is opaque, and requires little to no building on the lips. I find that the formula doesn’t quite dry down all the way as other liquid lipsticks do, so they aren’t 100% transfer proof. I didn’t find them to last 8 hours on the lips but they do last a really long time, even throughout the usual morning of drinking several cups of coffee at my work desk. I do really enjoy them. I don’t mind reapplying a lip product. I didn’t find them to be overly drying and they give off a
demi-matte finish.
