I’m always impressed that Sonia Kashuk provides such great products, with the most adorable packaging, for drugstore prices. Continue reading to hear about the new Spring 2016 limited edition collection!
Let’s start out with the new Spring 2016 cosmetic bags! Every girl needs a bag to tote her cosmetics around, especially for travel. There are great options in a variety of sizes. The floral bag that you see in the photos is the Beauty Organizer which retails for $25.99. There are several compartments for separating your products. This bag is big enough to fit a full size eyeshadow palette in it for reference. The blue plaid triple train case retails for $21.99. It has three separate compartments. This is a little bit smaller and could fit a medium sized eyeshadow palette in it. I actually really like both of these. They are quite functional for day-to-day use as well.
The Knock Out Beauty Collection has some of the cutest packaging I’ve seen in a long time! I was able to try the Lip Topcoat Shiner, $11.99. It is a transparent lip gloss that gives three-dimensional shine and enhances color fullness. This would be great to apply over lipsticks of any sort. It gives off high shine for sure! It’s not sticky at all, which is a huge plus for me.
There is also an Eyelash Set available in the Knock Out Beauty Collection, which retails for $9.99. The styles in this set are Full Allure, which provides thickness, length, and definition, and the Full Volume which provides volume and thickness. You get one pair of each style as well as a mini eyelash glue.
My personal favorites are the lip products. The first is the Satin Luxe Lip Color (SPF 16), $9.99. The shade I have this in is Perfect Pink. These have a vanilla scent, much like MAC lipsticks. The formula is creamy and hydrating and contains ingredients to help smooth lips. Perfect Pink is a mid-toned pink. It’s a beautiful color and perfect for spring! These have a normal wear time for a lipstick.
My absolute favorite out of the bunch, and what I am wearing in the photograph, is the Shine Luxe Sheer Lip Color, $10.99. The shade that I have this in is Sheer Pink Grapefruit, which is a juicy bright coral. Since these are slightly more sheer than a traditional lipstick, this shade is the perfect shade for someone like me who doesn’t wear corals a lot! I am super fond of this particular shade. These have a high shine finish and make your lips look juicy. This color definitely screams spring as well. I found this lipstick to wear off quicker than the Satin Luxe Lip Color but that is because it has a glossy finish. I don’t mind reapplying!
All in all, there are plenty of other products available in this collection as well. Next time you are at Target, you should stop in the cosmetic aisle and check out these limited edition items. I know you will find something that you like!
