I have won three products over the last few years, and it was a wonderful feeling to know that soon I would be trying my first Miss Jessie’s product ever: Jelly Soft Curls.

I won it because I had asked about how to get curls without the crunch via social media. I remember parading around with the wet-curls look in the late ‘80s and early ‘90s, and they were just plain crunchy!
Before
In texture, I mean! I would often make fun of the sound that my hair made when trying to make it look and feel more manageable!

After
This product, with its invisible soft-to-the touch gel, did the trick alright. I had my hair done previously by Danilo and kept that look for two days, as I loved it so much.
After showering, I applied the Jelly Soft Curls to my damp hair, lightly scrunched the curls in sections, leaving them in place and allowed them to air-dry.

Hours later, I gently used my hands to go through my soft curls to add a bit more volume. And the rest is history. I will now add Miss Jessie’s Jelly Soft Curls to my daily hair routine. As much as I take care of my skin, I know I must put that same dedicated effort into my hair as well.
Available now online at www.missjessies.com, you get a lot of product for your money. I just used a dollop (enlarged in picture to show texture), then rubbed my palms together and started to spread it evenly throughout my curls in sections.
Note: On the site it claims that this product does NOT chemically alter the color of your hair. Thank goodness! As you all know I have highlights, lowlights, etc. and I would be truly upset if it changed my hair color in any way. I just have soft curls now! Ahh… No more crunch!
