I was intrigued, once again, to sample products from Anastasia Beverly Hills, as Anastasia Soare is known as the Definitive Brow Expert. So, naturally, I wanted to try her other beauty products. I already have a favorite lipgloss within minutes of sampling Lola.
Kisses on My List Volume 2 Hydrafull Gloss Set ($30.00) are a set of six high-shine glosses in both matte and shimmer shades that wear all day. There are three softly sheer, opalescent glosses and three new Hypercolor glosses that actually stain your lips (and works with your skin’s chemistry to create a custom color all your own!). The applicator was wonderfully different to me, as it’s a silicone applicator that delivers just the right amount of color for each wear.
Each gloss has an ultra-hydrating formula that is clinically proven to improve the texture of the lips. “Kiss Me Quick” Plant Extract is a key ingredient that helps increase volume and fullness in lips. Other key ingredients are brown algae that smooth, firms, hydrates and revitalizes the appearance of skin and Balkan Botanical (r) Infusion, which is an exclusive antioxidant-rich complex that helps soften, soothe and hydrate skin.
The six shades include Moi, Maggie May, Roxanne, Jolene, Sharona and Lola. I wonder if these names have a tie into her Want You To Want Me Eye Shadow Palette, as that was a nod to the glam and decadence of the 1970’s?! I think all can be worn during the day, as none seem too dramatic or intense for a day look, yet that is only my opinion. I love a red lip at night, so I could see me wearing any of these on a daily basis.
